Cycle Studio
With one of the largest cycling studio facilities in Sydney, Eastgardens is the place to be for the most energetic group fitness class going round – spinning. This freestyle class is an exciting indoor cycling program that develops cardiovascular capacity, rapidly improves endurance and builds lower body strength whilst having fun. Burning up to 800 calories in one 45-minute session, spinning is a favourite of those wanting to reduce body fat.
