BODYBALANCE is the Les Mills program that leaves participants feeling relaxed and renewed. Bodybalance combines the best of eastern disciplines including yoga and tai chi with popular new methods such as Pilate’s. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches create a holistic work out that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance. Bodybalance is a safe, low impact exercise class that is recommended for everyone.
HATHA YOGA is a class that integrates postures, breathing techniques, relaxation and meditation to harmonise the mind, body and soul.
VINYASA YOGA is an energising and flowing yoga focusing on breathing systems, synchronising movement with breath, linking postures into a dynamic practice.
PILATES Beginners to Advanced. Pilates Method is an exercise system focused on improving flexibility and strength for the total body focusing on the core. Lots of abdominal and lower back work and upper and lower body strengthening exercises also.
YOGA BASICS - welcome to yoga! This class is to introduce you to basic Yoga postures and breathing techniques which will give you a sold foundation to try other yoga.
